COVID-19 Updates

March 20, 2022

UPDATE:  

As the provincial state of emergency in Nova Scotia is set to end Sunday, March 20 at 11:59pm, we have updated our COVID protocols for our boutique.

Effective Monday March 21, 2022 our staff will continue to wear masks inside our boutique during business hours.

Customers will not be required to wear masks while shopping but are encouraged to do so. We will continue to have extra masks on hand if you need one.

The following protocols will remain in place:

🐝Hand sanitizer upon entry.

🐝Social distancing while shopping.

🐝Curbside pick up options available during regular business hours.

🐝FREE local delivery service within 25km of our boutique will continue until at least April 30, 2022.

We appreciate your continued support as we have navigated and continue to navigate through this pandemic.  We are not out of the woods yet and will continue to follow Public Health guidelines and make adjustments as necessary to keep our staff and customers safe.

As we begin to enter into Phase 5 in Nova Scotia, Anther & Apiary will continue to require masks when shopping in our boutique.

The safety and well being of all our customers is really important to us and we appreciate your understanding.

We continue to offer free local delivery and flat rate shipping options anywhere in Canada.

We are now open to in-store shopping!  And look forward to welcoming you back in our boutique!

We continue to follow the advice of Public Health Protocols and have performed a deep clean of our boutique in preparation for re-opening.

We have limited our store capacity to one customer at a time shopping inside the boutique.

And we continue to offer FREE contactless local delivery within 25 km of our boutique, Contactless Curbside pick up from Wednesday - Friday from 11:00am -5:00pm and Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm, Flat rate shipping anywhere in Canada, FREE shipping for orders over $50 anywhere in Canada, and FREE shipping to the US for orders over $75 (some conditions may apply).

Due to the recent rise in COVID cases, we have decided to move to online shopping. Our boutique will closed today and we will continue to post updates as we monitor the situation.

Our curbside pickup is still available, FREE delivery within 25km of our boutique, and FREE shipping in Canada for any orders over $50.

Our boutique has been operating below the 25% recommended capacity since opening in July.  We continue to follow Public Health protocols.  A maximum 4 shoppers in the boutique at any given time. Masks are required upon entry in our boutique.

We have sanitizer on site for use and a sign in contact log before shopping.

We ask that if you have visited any of the exposure sites listed or have traveled outside the Atlantic provinces or been around anyone that has traveled outside the Atlantic provinces to please shop in our online store or send us a email at info@antherapiary.com or call our boutique 902-895-2790 and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to the rise in COVID cases and the new travel restrictions put into place, we are unable to serve customers inside our boutique that have visited in the past 10 days or currently reside in the areas of the province that have been restricted from travel.  This includes the following locations:

We are also asking anyone that has been to any of the COVID exposure locations identified by Public Health to please not shop in our boutique until after you have been cleared by Public Health.   We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope that by strictly following Public Health guidelines, we can make it through this second way of COVID and be able to keep our doors open.

Effective July 31st, masks will be required for most indoor public places in Nova Scotia.  This will include our boutique in downtown Truro.

We have masks available if you forget yours.  

If you are unable to wear a mask, please notify our staff and we will be happy to help you curbside or with doorstep delivery.

Our COVID safety protocols are in effect to keep you safe and we thank you for doing your part.  The following additional safety protocols are in place while shopping inside our boutique:

• Maximum 4 customers inside at any time. Please wait outside if you see 4 customers inside.
• Please use hand sanitizer once you enter. We will have some for you to use at the door.
• We have a one way route through the store as we are a small boutique. Please follow the arrows upon entering.
• Please avoid handling products unless you plan to purchase them so we can keep the shop clean for everyone.
• Keep a minimum 2 metre (6 feet) distance to the other customers and our staff. We have floor stickers for you to reference as a guide.
• All customers are required to wear face masks when shopping inside.
• Debit and credit card payments are preferred at this time.

Our online store is open 24/7.  If you prefer to shop online, we are still offering the following:

• free curbside pickup during opening hours (or by appt on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• FREE local delivery within Colchester, Pictou, and East Hants up to Elmsdale
• flat rate shipping for $10
• free shipping over $50 within Canada
